This website is owned and operated by a licensed real estate marketing company, which is a licensed real estate marketing company authorised to carry out real estate marketing and brokerage activity in accordance with the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt, acting as an accredited real estate marketer for Mountain View Development projects.

This website is not the official website of Mountain View Development, and the company that owns the website is responsible for processing the data collected through it. This policy applies to all pages of the website and to your communication with us by phone or WhatsApp originating from it or from our Google ads.

2. Data we collect

Data you provide voluntarily

• Your name and phone number when you call us or message us on WhatsApp.
• Details of your enquiry, such as the project, unit type and approximate budget.

Data collected automatically

• Technical data such as device type, browser and operating system.
• Approximate IP address to determine country or city.
• Pages you visit, visit duration and traffic source.
• Advertising campaign identifiers (such as gclid) to measure ad effectiveness.

We do not collect any bank card or payment data through this website, and we do not request sensitive data such as national ID numbers.
